Valabilitatea unei retete compensate sau gratuite

Pentru ca foarte multe retete compensate și gratuite ajung sa expire, mai jos găsiți perioada de valabilitate în funcție de diagnostic.

Reguli eliberare retete compensate 2024

Valabilitate retete compensate

1. Cu diagnostic acut – reteta cu tratament pentru 3-5 zile are o valabilitate de 48 de ore de la prescriere.

2. Cu diagnostic subacut – reteta cu tratament pentru 8-10 zile are o valabilitate de 48 de ore de la prescriere.

3. Cu diagnostic cronic – reteta cu tratament pentru 30-90 de zile are o valabilitate de 30 de zile de la prescriere.

4. Retetele verzi (Tab III) au valabilitate 30 de zile de la prescriere.

5. Retetele galbene (Tab II) au valabilitate 10 zile de la prescriere.

Medicamentele care sunt prescrise pe TabII sau TabIII (rețete galbene sau verzi) nu se pot prescrie, sau elibera din farmacie, pe un alt tip de rețeta indiferent dacă sunt compensate sau necompensate.

Retetele compensate și gratuite se pot elibera și fracționat sau parțial

Fracționat – rețeta pe 2 sau 3 luni se împarte în 2 sau 3 și se ridica lunar din farmacie. Prima eliberare trebuie sa fie în primele 30 de zile de la prescriere.

Parțial – o parte din medicamentele de pe rețetă se ridica dintr-o farmacie, iar restul din alta farmacie. Aceasta opțiune este utila în momentul în care nu se găsesc toate medicamentele de pe rețetă în aceeași farmacie.

Daca o rețetă compensata cu tratament pentru 2 luni sau 3 luni nu se ridica din farmacie în primele 30 de zile de la eliberare, pentru minim o luna, aceasta expira.

Pe rețetele compensate și gratuite se trece substanța activa, iar în farmacie pacientul va alege denumirea comerciala a medicamentului cu substanța respectiva.

Modificări – începând cu 01.04.2021

Începând cu data de 01.04.2021 o rețeta compensata sau gratuita se va putea ridica de la orice farmacie din tara, indiferent  de județ, de reședința pacientului sau casa de asigurări cu care are contract medicul prescriptor. Pacientul nu va mai fi condiționat de contractul medicului cu o anume casa județeană de asigurări si va putea ridica rețeta de la oricare farmacie din tara.

Rețetele eliberate de un medic cu contract OPSNAJ se vor putea ridica de la oricare farmacie.

Farmacia va încheia contract cu o singura casa de asigurări de sănătate si va putea elibera rețete, indiferent de județul in care acestea au fost prescrise.

Excepție fac rețetele cost volum rezultat. La acestea se păstrează condițiile de eliberare.

Modificări – începând cu 01.06.2022

Creste numărul de medicamente care pot fi prescrise de către medic pe o rețeta compensata sau gratuită. Astfel, din data de 01.06.2022 o rețeta poate sa conțină maxim 10 medicamente, in loc de 7.
