Informații cu privire la Ordinul ministrului Sănătății care reglementează modul de prescriere, antibiotice

Având în vedere informațiile apărute în spațiul public cu privire la Ordinul ministrului Sănătății care reglementează modul de prescriere, eliberare și monitorizare a antibioticelor pentru diminuarea consumului excesiv a acestora, facem următoarele precizări:

  • Ordinul ministrului Sănătății reglementează informațiile minime care trebuie să fie cuprinse în prescripție și NU IMPUNE niciun model special de formular. Antibioticele se vor elibera în baza unei rețete care se reține în farmacie;
  • Doar în situații de urgență se pot elibera anumite antibiotice care acoperă doza pentru 48 de ore, fără prescripție, în baza unei declarații pe propria răspundere. Antibioticele pentru copii (siropuri, forme pediatrice în soluție) se vor elibera de către farmacie în ambalajul cel mai mic disponibil, care să poată acoperi doza necesară de urgență.
  • Pentru limitarea eliberării antibioticelor fără rețetă, Ministerul Sănătății a redus termenul pentru situațiile de urgență de la 72 la 48 de ore. Eliberarea dozei de urgență trebuie urmată de prezentarea ulterioară a pacientului la medic pentru consult și obținerea unei prescripții adaptate afecțiunii sale.
